Ulanji,
a leading provider of Internet and Web based services in the Greater Charleston
area has hired new employees, Stephanie Rhine and
Amy Martin.
Rhine joins Ulanji as part of an
expanding Client Services team. She
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of
Illinois, and brings over 12 years of IT experience to the company. She
previously worked for Nortel Networks and Computer Science Corporation.
“It’s exciting for Ulanji to
welcome someone with Stephanie’s
background,” said Cullen Cox, Manager of Development and Client
Services. “We have been
growing significantly, and her expertise brings new capabilities to our
organization.”
Martin assumes two roles within Ulanji. As a Sr. Content Analyst, she joins the
Professional Services group that focuses on Internet Marketing and other high
level IP Services. In addition, she
has accepted responsibility as the Press and PR liaison for Ulanji.
Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the
University of North Carolina at Wilmington and MLIS from the University of
North Carolina at Greensboro.
Previously, she was a contractor for the U.S. Army and worked in the
government sector for the U.S. Air Force.
“Amy is going to be a key part of our Professional Services
organization, “ said Crystal Thomas, Professional Services Manager. “Her background is ideally
suited for the delivery of more sophisticated services for our clients.”
Because of its expanding business, Ulanji has hired nine new
employees during FY2005 to enhance client support and development.
Through its Internet Platform technology, Ulanji enables businesses to deploy sophisticated Internet
and Intranet sites that feature simpler administration, active content
management, and other capabilities that enhance the cost effectiveness of the
web presence. The company has
hosting facilities in Columbia and Charleston.
