This module is an extension of the Ulanji Catalog Manager. It is specifically designed to handle commercial real estate listings. With the CLM, the site administrator can handle any type of commercial property listing from a land to strip mall leasing. As with all Ulanji application managers, the CLM can be used for both online display and lead generation purposes.
Many competing products provide simple display options – address, description, photo and price. The Ulanji CLM also allows the subscriber to enumerate every field choice that relates to a property, including listing agent with automatic links to agent biography and contact information. This is handled through a process called “typing.” Each pre-defined type of property has certain fields associated with it. Additionally, the CLM gives the subscriber the flexibility to create new types with new related information.
By adding the Order Manager module, subscribers have the ability to turn the CLM catalog into a sophisticated lead generation system. Prospects can select the various properties that interest them and send the batch in for more information. All prospect information is dropped into an online database for future retrieval and reporting.
SPECIAL NOTE to real estate professionals: Ulanji has begun work on an MLS module that will enable companies, from a single point of data entry, to carry the MLS database (all or the designated portion) on the company website. Not only will all desired properties be searchable, subscribing company listings can be made to stand out in the results display. This entire program will be automated for nightly updates.
